Our staff takes pride in providing compassionate care and quality of service to meet the needs of short term rehabilitation in our community.

Birmingham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center East, LLC has a spacious rehabilitation center staffed with skilled therapists to provide the best rehabilitation services and trained medical staff to create a safe and positive environment for our residents. Outpatient Therapy

Easy Access, Separate Entrance Meet with Your Therapist and Get On With Your Day

Our outpatient services are convenient and personalized to meet your precise needs. The therapists will develop an individualized treatment program for you based on your doctor’s request. Each therapist is professionally trained and certified in their disciplines as well as the advanced technology of Accelerated Care Plus. We utilize highly effective therapy equipment, often used by professional sports teams, including a patented form of electrical stimulation that helps increase the muscle strength and reduce pain and swelling.

Our Transitional Care Center offers our short term residents all the amenities they are used to at home. Birmingham Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is equipped to handle residents who are unable to live in the home due to chronic illness and/or physical or mental disability. Long Term Care offers a variety of medical and support services designed to help one live as safely and independently as possible when they can no longer perform everyday activities on their own.
